Immunocytochemistry analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed, 0.15% Triton X 100 permeabilized HepG2 cells staining biglycan with ab58562 at 10µg/ml, followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at 2µg/ml (green). Nuclei counterstained with DAPI (blue).
Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10µg/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2µg/ml).
