1 µg/mL Arachidonic Acid -crosslink-BSA was coated onto 96-wells. Serial dilution of free Arachidonic Acid (0, 3.91, 7.81, 15.63, 31.25, 62.5, 125, 250 µg/mL) was added (50 µL). This was followed by adding 0.125 µg/mL biotin-labeled ab326113 (50 µL) into each well. The plate was incubated for 30 mins. After washing, 1 : 20000 diluted SA-HRP was added and incubated for 30 mins. After washing, 100 µL of TMB was added and incubated for 5-10 mins without shaking for color development. Then 100 µL of stop solution (4.9% Orthophosphoric acid) was dispensed and OD was read at 450nm on a microplate reader within 5-10 mins.
