Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized 293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) cells labelling V5 tag with AB317483 at 1/250 (2.0 ug/ml) dilution (Magenta).
Confocal image showing positive staining in 293T cells transfected a V5-tagged expression vector containing a his tag (shown in magenta). The counterstain was observed in green. Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). Image was taken with a confocal microscope(Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
ab237336 Anti-6X His tag® rabbit monoclonal antibody (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used to counterstain at 1/100 (5ug/ml) dilution (Green). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
