      Je recherche un anticorps anti-defensin/cryptdin pour une utilisation en IHC-P sur du tissu de souris.

      J'ai repéré le Anti-alpha Defensin 1 + 2 + 3 antibody (ab99504) ou Anti-alpha Defensin NP5 antibody [8C8] (ab62757) qui reconnaissent l'humain.

      Nous n’avons jamais testé ni ab99504 ni ab62757 chez la souris en IHC-P.

      J’ai fait une comparaison entre l’alpha Defensin 1 + 2 + 3 humaine et murin et il n’y qu’une homologie totale d’environ 30%. J’ai aussi fait une comparaison entre la protéine humaine et murin alpha Defensin NP5 et j’ai trouvé que la protéine totale avait 33% d’homologie. Cela suggère que malheureusement aucun anticorps anti-humain alpha Defensin fonctionnera sur des tissue murins.
