    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Rat liver tissue labeling GPCR LGR6 with ab318245 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution.

    Cytoplasmic staining on rat liver.
    The section was incubated with ab318245 at 4°C overnight (shown in green). Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.
    Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

    Counterstained with DAPI.
