Rat GCSF ELISA Kit (ab324033) is a sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of GCSF in rat serum.
How the assay works
Microwells are pre-coated with anti-GCSF antibodies to capture recombinant rat GCSF protein from samples and standards pipetted into the wells. Following binding, a rabbit anti-rat IgG antibody is added and incubated. After washing to remove non-specific interactions, a ready-to-use TMB substrate is introduced, triggering a colorimetric reaction proportional to the concentration of recombinant rat GCSF in the sample. The reaction is halted by adding a stop solution, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

1. Add 100µL of standard or diluted samples to appropriate wells. Incubate for 60 min at 37°C
2. Wash
3. Add 100µL of Rabbit Anti Rat IgG:HRP Conjugate to each well. Incubate 60 min at 37°C
4. Wash
5. Add 100µL TMB substrate to each well. Incubate for 30 min at 37°C
6. Add 100µL of Stop solution to each well
7. Read at 450 nm with 30 min.
