Human S100 alpha 6/PRA SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of S100 alpha 6/PRA protein in Serum, EDTA Plasma, Cit Plasma, Hep Plasma, Urine, Cell culture supernatant. Quantitate Human S100 alpha 6/PRA with 0.789 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. See the SimpleStep ELISA® protocol summary in the image section for further details. Our SimpleStep ELISA® technology provides several benefits:

Interpolated concentrations of human S100 alpha 6/PRA in human urine and A549 supernatant
Interpolated concentration of native S100 alpha 6/PRA was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: urine 1:40 and A549 supernatant 1:50. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Wash Buffer PT.
