Interpolated concentrations of native PAI1 in human serum and plasma samples.

The concentrations of PAI1 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the PAI1 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 5%, plasma (citrate) 5%, plasma (EDTA) 10%, and plasma (heparin) 5%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean PAI1 concentration was determined to be 32.4 ng/mL in serum, 36.6 ng/mL in plasma (citrate), 11.1 ng/mL in plasma (EDTA), and 10.1 ng/mL in plasma (heparin).
