Interpolated concentrations of human Ferritin Light Chain in human urine, milk, saliva, and untreated PBMC cell culture supernatant
Interpolated concentration of native Ferritin Light Chain was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : urine 50%, milk 12.5%, saliva 50%, and untreated PBMC cell culture supernatant 50%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Interpolated concentrations of Ferritin Light Chain in normal human serum donors
Serum of eight individual healthy human Female donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Ferritin Light Chain concentration was determined to be 55.6 ng/mL with a range of 2.1 – 210.4 ng/mL.
