Abcam's 10X Wash Buffer PT is a buffer thant can be used with our range of SimpleStep ELISAs and Matched Antibody Pair Kits.
Instructions for use
10X Wash Buffer PT should be diluted to 1X before use. To prepare 1X Wash Buffer PT dilute 10X Wash Buffer PT with deionized water. To make 50 mL 1X Wash Buffer PT combine 5 mL 10X Wash Buffer PT with 45 mL deionized water. Mix thoroughly and gently.
