    I am a researcher working on beta-amyloid 1-40 in the degenerative eye diseases using rodent and human samples. I'd like to ask you to do me a favor for checking the availability of any antibodies or related products that can recognize beta-amyloid 40-1 (reverse peptide) sequence in immunohistochemistry/western blot assays.

    Unfortunately, it seems all of our beta amyloid 1-40 antibodies are raised against the active form (1-40) rather than the inactive reverse sequence (40-1). We do carry the beta amyloid peptide 40-1 (https://www.abcam.com/Amyloid-beta-Peptide-40-1-ab120992.html) and a beta amyloid 1-40 antibody that is tested and guaranteed to detect mouse, rat, and human beta amyloid 1-40 via IHC and WB (https://www.abcam.com/beta-amyloid-1-40-antibody-ab110888.html).
