Ganglion cell and large/small nerve fibres of enteric plexuses are well demonstrated.
Occasional cells within the lamina propria appear positive: I am not convinced that this is specific.
This reagent may be diluted further, under these conditions, to get rid of the slight ( though irrelevant, in my opinion) background positivity.
