I have tested this Ab on mouse and rat kidney and get very similar positivity. The pattern of positivity is highly indicative of lysosomal specificity: particularly in the proximal convoluted tubules (PCT), where lysosomes are enriched, being responsible for degradation of pinocytosed protein that has "leaked" through the glomerular filtration system.
