Additional Notes
I have tried this antibody twice with varying concentration but no signal was observed. I found out that it hasn't been optimized for western blot use so I will not be using it again. I don't have enough antibody to optimise the method, nor have the time to do it. I purchased another antibody and hopefully it will work.
Abcam response
I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with this antibody. This product has not been tested in Western blotting so it may or may not work in this application. Your data suggest that ab400 may not be suitable for Western blotting.
