Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback. Abcam has yet to test ab3361 in this application. Paraformaldehyde is a relatively harsh fixative, and can destroy the epitope. I would recommend fixing in something milder, such as acetone or methanol. Also, I would recommend an overnight incubation with the primary at 4C to maximize signal.
