Across several species, I obtain identical positivity restricted to mitotic bodies.
NB: to me, they appear to be mitotic bodies I may be wrong.
Submitted image of developing lung shows clear positivity in most mitotic bodies ( brown staining) but, not all ( red arrowheads).
Green arrowheads are irrelevant, indicating nucleated rbcs in blood vessels.
