Additional Notes
Ms Elin Vinsland (PhD student Wolfson Centre for Age Related Diseases, Dr J Bateman Group) kindly allowed me to use this excellent image.
Her sections were cut at 10 microns and then air-dried O/N in a fumehood.
Sections were then further dried at 50C for 60 mins to ensure maximum adhesion before placing in 1mM Citric acid at 90C, for 30 mins.
Image shows areas of positive nuclei within the developing frontal cortex.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
