Additional Notes
I tested this Ab reagent at the same time as Abcam ab15191, using the same initial dilution factors ( 1/50,100,200) on the same tissues.
I had to increase the dilution factor of this Ab to achieve a better signal:noise ratio of staining.
However, the results, in my hands, are very poor.
This reagent, in my opinion, is not suitable for paraffin sections, after HIER.
I also tried TRIS pH10 HIER: negative.

Abcam response
We thank the researcher for their honest feedback. We do guarantee this antibody to work for IHC-P in rat and will further investigate its suitability for all rat tissues in paraffin sections.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
