It is very clear that the antibody does NOT work for mouse cells.
In the image I am submitting, we added a negative control (only 2ary antibody) and a positive control (for tubulin as 1ary antibody) to really prove that is the 1ary antibody the one that does not work for mouse cells.
We used 3 different dilutions: 1/250, 1/500 and 1/1000
