No signal at all in the suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN) collected every 4 hours during 24 hours.
In parallel, we got a very positive result for PER2 staining (anti-PER2 from another supplier) = circadian expression in the SCN.
Mice were perfused with PFA%. Brains were dissected and postfixed overnight. The immunoreaction was performed on free-floating sections (cut with a vibratome).
