We are constantly working hard to ensure we provide our customers with best in class antibodies. As a result of this work we are pleased to now offer this antibody in purified format. We are in the process of updating our datasheets. The purified format is designated 'PUR' on our product labels. If you have any questions regarding this update, please contact our Scientific Support team.
This product is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab172610 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|WB||1/1000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 87-98 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 78 kDa).|
For unpurified use at 1/200 - 1/500. See IHC antigen retrieval protocols.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human lymph node in stomach tissue sections labeling bcl-6 with purified ab172610 at 1:1500 dilution (0.5 μg/ml). Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0). Tissue was counterstained with Hematoxylin. ImmunoHistoProbe one step HRP Polymer (ready to use). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the negative control.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human lymph node tissue labeling bcl-6 with ab172610 at 1/250 dilution. This image was produced using unpurified antibody.
This image was produced using unpurified antibody.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue labeling bcl-6 with ab172610 at 1/250 dilution. This image was produced using unpurified antibody.
ab172610 staining bcl-6 in Human tonsil tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with formaldehyde, blocked with 1% PB ab64226 for 10 minutes at room tempreture and antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in EDTA pH 9. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in Leica Bond Diluent) at for 30 minutes. A HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (undiluted) was used as the secondary antibody. This image was produced using unpurified antibody.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human B cell lymphoma tissue labeling bcl-6 with ab172610 at 1/250 dilution. This image was produced using unpurified antibody.
