Additional Notes
The licor secondary antibody (goat anti mouse 800) recognised a non specific antigen in mouse liver tissue around the same size as alpha tubulin. This was especially obvious at the P8 timepoint as two bands are produced. At P0 there is only one band, but it is a non specific band unlikely to be alpha tubulin as the size is slightly larger.
