The secondary antibody (Alexa647-conjugated) was detected using a fluorescence scanner equipped with a red laser (633 nm), at a PMT of 700 V.
This antibody detects bands of various molecular mass, but none at the predicted molecular mass of alpha-internexin, suggesting that it may bind to several different antigens and is not suitable for WB in this species.
