Additional Notes
Pseudo colored Green immunofluorescent staining of paraffin embedded pig kidney with purified ab205270 Anti-YAP1 at a working dilution of 1 in 200. The nuclei are Blue after staining with Hoechst and a light Red counter stain was created with a methyl green staining protocol. The antigen retrieval was performed with the NxGen decloaking chamber at pH6.0 . Alexa Fluor 647 secondary is preferred for its better resolution and total lack of autofluorescence.
