Additional Notes
I found this antibody totally unsuitable for detection of ABCA1 in RAW cells +/- dbcAMP however when using your monoclonal anti mouse antibody (borrowed aliquot from a collegue) I got a very clean blot with the expected 220kDa band. In previous blots with the 7360 antibody I had no specific bands, and more specifically no bands were detected at higher molecular weights even when using the primary at 1/1000 dilution. I would be grateful for any feedback as to why bands were seen with the monoclonal and not the polyclonal.
