Additional Notes
Submitted composite image shows developing bone ( upper) and inner ear ( lower).
In both images fibroblasts are focally positive.
( throughout the embryo many fibroblasts are positive)
In developing bone, osteoblasts are intensely positive.
In the developing ear, the organ of Corti epithelium is also intensely positive.
NB: I am not familiar with quail histology so, if the lower image is not of the inner ear, I am happy to be corrected!
II give an "inconclusive" rating because I am unfamiliar with such positivity.
