This antibody reagent appears to be highly selective for radial glia. It titrates out to produce a clear positivity with no background. Picture shows the ventral region of the developing spinal cord, adjacent to the floor plate. For testing for optimal dilution factor, I would recommend an initial range: 1/200,1/300,1/400 if one uses Indirect IF, ABCpx or Polymer-based detection system
