Additional Notes
Submitted composite image ( upper) shows excellent immunopositivity in all living cells of the epidermis. I am concerned that the cornified layer is positive this does not occur when using ab7753. However, it is irrelevant, imho.
Lower image shows immunopositivity of simple columnar epithelium.
Excellent immunopositivity ( not shown) is also seen in simple squamous epithelium ( Type I pneumocytes and peritoneal lining epithelium) mucosal epithelium ( buccal and oesophageal)and simple cuboidal epithelium ( sweat glands, kidney tubules).
