ab17976 staining wide spectrum Cytokeratin in Human skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with BlockAid for 1 hour at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citric buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 1% BSA + PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.

ab9377 staining wide spectrum Cytokeratin in rat liver tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with formaldehyde and blocked with 2% BSA for 10 minutes at 21°C and antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in TBS/BSA/azide) at 21°C for 2 hours. A biotin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/300) was used as the secondary antibody.
