描述
PAM for mGluR4 -
生物学描述
Positive allosteric selective modulator at mGluR4 (EC50 values are 798 and 693 nM at human and rat mGluR4 receptors, respectively). It has advantages over PHCCC (ab120043) as it is more potent. Shows limited blood-brain barrier permeability. Active in behavioural models of Parkinson's disease following icv injection. Available in water-soluble form - please see VU0155041 sodium salt (ab120248).

处理
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
