Immunoprecipitation - USP37 antibody (ab72199)
Immunoprecipitation of HeLa whole cell lysate (1mg) using ab72199 at 3µg/mg lysate. 20% of the immunoprecipitate was used for Western blotting and detected using ab72199 at 1µg/ml. Bands were exposed by chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
