[A6.1] to Thrombospondin (Biotin)
Biotin
  • 特异性ab79450 shows no cross reaction with fibronectin, fibrinogen, and von Willebrand factor. It shows a mild cross reaction with Thrombospondin 2.
WB, IP, IHC-P, Flow Cyt, Electron Microscopy, ICC/IFmore details
Mouse, Rat, Sheep, Horse, Cow, Dog, Human, Pig

Reduced and alkylated purified human Thrombospondin (fully denatured) from the supernatant of thrombin activated platelets

Collagen Type V binding domain of Thrombospondin
    • Platelets in placenta, megakaryocytes in bone marrow and tonsil

ab79450 inhibits Thrombospondin collagen interaction. Its binding to Thrombospondin is unaffected by glycosaminoglycans (e.g. hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, and heparin). Its binding is enhanced by EDTA i.e. at low concentration of Ca2+.
