Immunoprecipitation - Anti-TFIP11 antibody (ab91520)
Ab91520 at 1 µg/ml detecting TFIP11 by WB following IP. Lane 1; ab91520 at 3 µg/mg lysate precipitating TFIP11 from HeLa whole cell lysate. Lane 2; IP using an antibody to a downstream epitope of TFIP11. Lane 3; TFIP11 was not precipitated using control IgG. In each case 1 mg of whole cell lysate from HeLa cells was used for IP and 20% of IP was loaded.
Detection utilised ECL with a 10 second exposure.
