WB Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 160 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 160 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

Spermatogenesis in Tex14–/– mice progresses through the transit amplification of diploid spermatogonia and the expression of early meiotic markers but halts before the completion of the first meiotic division.
