概述

  • 产品名称Anti-TCR alpha + beta + epithelial tumor抗体[R73 + CC52]
  • 描述
    小鼠单克隆抗体[R73 + CC52] to TCR alpha + beta + epithelial tumor
  • 特异性Quadroma clones producing functional bispecific antibodies were selected by testing the ability of the quadroma products to induce T cells to lyse the appropriate tumor cells.
  • 经测试应用适用于: Celluar Activationmore details
  • 种属反应性
    与反应: Rat
  • 免疫原

This bi-specific antibody was generated by fusion of the R73 producing hybridoma with the CC52 producing hybridoma: R73 = Rat T Blasts and erythrocytes. CC52 = Rat colonic adenocarcinoma cells (CC531)

  • 常规说明Consists of one half of an antibody that is directed against the rat T cell receptor alpha + beta (clone R73) and for the other half of an antibody directed against an antigen present on tumor cells of epithelial origin (clone CC52).
