The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 16 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 11 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

SPAG11B belongs to the SPAG11 family. The specific function of SPAG11B has not been determined, but it is thought to be involved in sperm maturation. It is specifically expressed in caput and proximal corpus of epididymis and is present in the epididymal epithelium and on the sperm surface, with a subacrosomal equatorial distribution on the sperm head. There are two named isoforms.
