ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
IHC-P: 1/2000 - 1/5000. This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment or antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
WB: 1/500 - 1/5000. Detects a band of approximately 26-27 kDa.
Not tested in other applications.

Belongs to the SNAP-25 family. Contains 2 t-SNARE coiled-coil homology domains.
Palmitoylated. Cys-85 appears to be the main site, and palmitoylation is required for membrane association.
