  • 应用说明Tested in peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1/8000.
    WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 40 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 40 kDa).

    Not tested in other applications.

  • 靶标

    • 功能The heterodimer acts as a E1 ligase for SUMO1, SUMO2, SUMO3, and probably SUMO4. It mediates ATP-dependent activation of SUMO proteins followed by formation of a thioester bond between a SUMO protein and a conserved active site cysteine residue on UBA2/SAE2.
    • 组织特异性Expression level increases during S phase and drops in G2 phase (at protein level).
    • 通路Protein modification; protein sumoylation.

      ab5645 staining (1µg/ml) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 30µg total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.
