ICC/IF Use a concentration of 5 - 10 µg/ml.
WB Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 17 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 17 kDa).

Staining of the ribosomal protein L26 band in immunoblotting is specifically inhibited by the immunizing peptide.

IP Use a concentration of 5 - 10 µg/ml.
