IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration.
WB Use a concentration of 1.4 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 104 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

    May be involved in post-transcriptional processing, most probably in mRNA splicing. Binds to RNA homopolymers, with a preference for poly(G) and poly(U) and little for poly(A).
