Predicted band size: 104, 112, 99 kDa
Bottom blot was probed with an anti-PNK2 antibody. -
ab124709, at 1/10, staining PKN1 (phospho T774) + PKN2 (phospho T816) + PKN3 (phospho T718) in permeabilized Hek 293 cells by intracellular flow cytometry. Green: untreated cells Red: Okadaic Acid + Calyculin A-treated cells Blue: untreated cells preincubated with the immunizing phosphopeptides Orange: Okadaic Acid + Calyculin A-treated cells preincubated with the immunizing phosphopeptides.
