  • 常规说明

Antibody to phosphotyrosine enables the detection, isolation and characterization of proteins containing phosphotyrosine. PY20 also prevents internalization of activated receptors, e.g. EGFr, when microinjected into cells. The affinity of PY20 for phosphotyrosine is approximately 10-6 to 10-7 M. PY20 binding to phosphorylated tyrosines can be inhibited by free phosphotyrosine and phenylphosphate, but not by phosphoserine, phosphothreonine or free phosphate.

应用 Ab评论 说明
WB Use at an assay dependent concentration.

ab25416 detects phosporylated tyrosine containing proteins. NOTE: ab25416 binding to phosphorylated tyrosines can be inhibited by free phosphotyrosine and phenylphosphate, but not by phosphoserine, phosphothreonine or free phosphate.

AP Use at an assay dependent concentration.

ab25416 can be used for purification of tyrosine phosporylated proteins.

ELISA Use at an assay dependent concentration.
ICC/IF Use at an assay dependent concentration.

靶标

  • 相关性The phosphorylation of specific tyrosine residues has been shown to be a primary mechanism of signal transduction during normal mitogenesis, cell cycle progression and oncogenic transformation, its role in other areas such as differentiation and gap junction communication, is a matter of active and ongoing research. Antibodies that specifically recognize phosphorylated tyrosine residues have proved to be invaluable to the study of tyrosine phosphorylated proteins and the biochemical pathways in which they function.
