Use a concentration of 4 - 6 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Use a concentration of 0.3 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 50 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 52 kDa).
Receptor for neuropeptide Y and peptide YY. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins that inhibit adenylate cyclase activity. Seems to be associated with food intake. Could be involved in feeding disorders.
Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
