Anti-NMDAR2B antibody (ab73001) at 1/1000 dilution + rat hippocampal lysate at 10 µg Predicted band size : 166 kDa Observed band size : 180 kDa ( why is the actual band size different from the predicted?) Additional bands at : 120 kDa,<68 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.

ab73001 diluted 1/500 staining NMDAR2B on 14DIV cultured rat cortical neurons fixed in methanol at - 20
oC for 10 minutes. Sections were also labelled with an anti-PSD95 antibody in red.
