Western blot analysis of Pig skeletal muscle whole tissue lysate (10μg/lane) labelling Myoglobin with ab77232 at 1/5000 in 1x PBS + 0.1% Tween-20 for 17 hours at 4ºC. A IRDye® 680-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/40000) was used as the secondary antibody.
