  • 应用说明WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 65 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 70 kDa). Staining of the MBD4 band in immunoblotting is specifically inhibited by the immunizing peptide.

    Not tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

    • 功能Mismatch-specific DNA N-glycosylase involved in DNA repair. Has thymine glycosylase activity and is specific for G:T mismatches within methylated and unmethylated CpG sites.
