  • 相关性Marburg virus (MBG) is a representative of Filoviridae family of RNA containing viruses. MBG is an exceptionally dangerous pathogen, which induces a severe contagious and highly lethal (53-88%) febrile disease with hemorrhagic syndrome. The name “thread viruses” is based on their morphology. MBG made its appearance in 1967 in the form of frightening nosocomial outbreak, initially among polio vaccine production workers in Germany in contact with Ugandan green monkeys and their kidney tissues. The patho-and immuno-genesis of MBG fever have so far been little studied, no specific agents or treatment methods have been developed.

    10% SDS-PAGE was run under reducing conditions (tracks 1-8) and non-reducing conditions (tracks 9-16)

    Lanes 1, 2, 3 and 9, 10, 11 - ab2059, ab10003, ab10004 respectively

    Lanes 4 and 12 - Mab against Troponin T ascites, dilution 1/3000 (negative control)

    Lanes 5 and 13 - mouse serum against Marburg virus, dilution 1/1000 (positive control)

    Lanes 6 and 14 - anti-mouse IgG-hrp conjugate, dilution 1/25000 (conjugate control)

    Lanes 7 and 15 - Marburg virus, reduced and non-reduced respectively

    Lanes 8 and 16 - Molecular mass standards from top to bottom: 94, 67, 43, 30 and 20 K.
