Immunogen affinity purified
ab77640 was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Abpromise guarantee covers the use of
in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Peptide ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Antibody detection limit dilution: 1/16000.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.3 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 26 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 26 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Belongs to the AB hydrolase 2 family.

Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse retina, retinal pigment epithelium and sclera in induced myopic eye (bottom left), fellow non-occluded eye (bottom right), and independent control eye (top right).
LYPLAL1 (green) was stained using ab77640 at 1/200 dilution. A fluorescein-conjugated rabbit anti-goat secondary antibody was used at 1/800 dilution. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
Negative control eye (top left) was treated with the secondary antibody alone and DAPI.
