  • ab107872 staining LRRC48 in HeLa cells overexpressing LRRC48 by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with acetone. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 12 hours at 4°C. A DyLight® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500in PBS + 1% BSA) was used as the secondary antibody.
