ab20753 staining LRP1 in mouse brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with paraformaldehyde, cut into 20 micron slices, permeablized with 0.1 M PBS with 1% Triton X and blocked with 10% serum for 60 minutes at 24°C. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/2000 in PBS) at 4°C for 24 hours. An Alexa fluor® 568-conjugated donkey monoclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.

ICC/IF image of LRP1 staining on rat mixed glia culture using ab20753 (1/1000). The cells were fixed using paraformaldehyde. They were pearmeabilized using 0.1% Triton X-100 in 01.% PBS. Once permeabilized the cells were blocked using 10% donkey serum for 1 hour at 24°C. ab20753 was diluted 1:1000 dilution using 0.1% Triton X-100 with 1.0% PBS in 10% donkey serum and incubated with the cells for 4 hours at 24°C. Secondary antibody used was Donkey polyclonal to Mouse IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 568 (1/1000).
